A strategic and hands-on position within a tight-knit, high-performing team, offering:

• Autonomy and ownership of sector-specific marketing and BD initiatives
• Leadership in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
• Creative input into campaigns, events, pitches, and thought leadership
• Mentorship of junior team members
• Cross-functional collaboration with partners, lawyers, and other departments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing & BD plans for assigned departments
• Lead business development meetings and track progress
• Drive brand-building through campaigns, events, and PR
• Manage directory submissions, awards, and credentials
• Conduct market and client research
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support client development
• Stay informed on sector trends and firm-wide opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years’ experience in professional services marketing/BD (preferably legal)
• Proven ability to lead plans and budgets, and work directly with senior stakeholders
• Strong project management, event coordination, and content development skills
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive, flexible attitude
