Salary: circa £60,000 plus benefits.

We are an entrepreneurial business based in Fareham, seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our dedicated LAMP environment and report to the project manager. You will help plan and develop the product, its internal websites, data migration, and support and maintenance of security and storage services.

Our company has several brands specialising in high‑tech solutions including security, data backup and cloud storage platforms. You will use the latest PHP release and web technologies such as XHTML, CSS, jQuery, and Agile/Scrum methodology.

Key responsibilities:

• Back‑end development with an emphasis on Agile processes, system optimisation, TDD, and modern development practices.
• Ensure high standards of development using PHPUnit and Selenium.
