Job summary

Secure IQ is expanding its sales function with recruitment sales experts to drive predictable revenue growth for senior client relationships in B2B demand generation. You will own revenue targets across new business, renewals and growth, reporting to the Sales Director and collaborating with a dedicated Campaign Management team to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial experience in a B2B agency or services business.
• Proven record of carrying and achieving an individual revenue target.
• Experience managing senior client relationships, including renewals and account expansion.
• Consultative approach to selling ongoing services and building long-term partnerships.
• Confidence discussing campaign performance, budgets and commercial outcomes with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Owning senior client relationships and delivering revenue across new business, renewals and account growth.
• Running discovery meetings to understand clients’ sales pipeline and marketing objectives.
• Developing and presenting proposals for demand generation and sales development programs.
• Leading renewal conversations at least 60 days before contracts end.
• Building account plans and identifying opportunities to expand services where they meet a genuine client need.
• Managing budget discussions, pricing negotiations and scope changes through to signed agreements.
• Working with Campaign Managers to resolve delivery challenges and communicate solutions to clients.
• Keeping Salesforce opportunities, account activity and forecasts accurate and current.
• Supporting the Sales Director on strategic accounts and larger opportunities.
• Improving proposal templates, renewal processes and commercial consistency.
