Job summary

Secure IQ Services is a fast-growing recruitment and talent solutions provider, expanding its sales function with recruitment sales stars to drive predictable revenue growth. This role offers a fixed AUD 110,000 package with superannuation and uncapped commission, plus an OTE of AUD 150,000, primarily remote with some attendance at Sydney or Perth offices.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial experience in B2B agency or services business.
• Proven record of carrying and achieving an individual revenue target.
• Experience managing senior client relationships, renewals and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and revenue across new business, renewals & growth.
• Run discovery meetings to understand clients' sales and marketing objectives.
• Develop and present proposals for demand generation and sales programs.
• Lead renewal conversations 60 days before contracts end.
• Collaborate with Campaign Management to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities, activity, and forecasts.
