Job summary

Secure IQ is expanding its commercial sales function in Australia, seeking a Senior Account Manager/Executive to own key client relationships and drive revenue across new business, renewals and growth. The role is primarily remote with occasional office attendance in Sydney or Perth and includes a fixed AUD $110,000 package plus uncapped commissions and an OTE of around AUD $150,000.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in B2B agency sales or services
• Proven track record of carrying and achieving revenue targets
• Experience winning new business, securing renewals and growing existing accounts
• Experience selling or managing ongoing services, campaigns or retainers
• Strong proposals, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder skills
• Ability to manage pricing, scope and client expectations while protecting margins
• Strong organisation, forecasting and follow-up discipline
• Based in Sydney or Perth with Australian work rights or sponsorship eligibility

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and deliver revenue across new business, renewals and account growth
• Run discovery meetings to understand clients' sales pipeline and marketing objectives
• Develop and present proposals for demand generation and sales development programs
• Lead renewal conversations at least 60 days before contracts end
• Build account plans and identify opportunities to expand services
• Manage budget discussions, pricing negotiations and scope changes to signed agreements
• Work with Campaign Managers to resolve delivery challenges and communicate solutions
• Keep Salesforce opportunities, account activity and forecasts accurate
• Support Sales Director on strategic accounts and larger opportunities
• Improve proposal templates, renewal processes and commercial consistency
