We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Global Clearing Control team. This role is located in Manchester

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Additionally, following activation of Platforms, the role will support initiatives to integrate Pershing into the Global Clearing Platform across the control framework. The role aligns to the location strategy for BNY and the Platform as Manchester is a strategic location with a growing footprint.

• Support the Global Control Team in achieving the strategic objective of automating and streamlining processes, including identification, solutioning and implementing enhancements within the business
• Develop Baseline tooling and flows to be more efficient to improve the client onboarding process for Business Acceptance and reduce time to market.
• Support development of processes to meet client demand for a more streamlined solution to Low Priced Securities exception approvals
• Driving efficiency efforts in the Control Team to enhance processes that are currently manual or repetitive in nature and where there is scope for automation
• Support initiatives to integrate Pershing into the Global Clearing Platform across the control framework.

• Agile mindset with respect to development initiatives and integration into projects for prioritization of deliverables.
• Ability to work in a team environment to understand purpose and successful outcome of projects
• Industry experience in Financial Services
