Our client is expanding and looking for experienced Employment Lawyers to join our dynamic and growing team. If you’re looking to focus purely on high-quality legal work – without the distractions of admin, compliance, or billing – this is the role for you.

The Role:

Handle primarily claimant employment matters, with some respondent work.

Fully remote and flexible working – manage your own schedule.

Focus 100% on chargeable work – all non-chargeable tasks (admin, onboarding, etc.) handled by paralegals and PAs.

Strong pipeline of incoming enquiries – you’ll be expected to convert leads into clients.

Full-time: 25 chargeable hours/week

Part-time: 15 chargeable hours/week

Highly competitive bonus structure – generous rewards for billed hours.

Remote tech support and paralegal assistance provided.

About You:

UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with a strong background in employment law.

Proven experience in handling both claimant and respondent matters.

Comfortable working independently and managing a remote caseload.
