• Significant post‑qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice.
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage a small team of junior staff members to support their professional development.
• Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved.
• Produce building regulations and planning applications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities.
