Overview

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with our client, a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence, on a vacancy for a Senior Architectural Technologist. This opportunity is based at their Newcastle office, with the opportunity of working from home. They offer a competitive salary up to £50,000 and are open to applicants progressing from an Architectural Technologist role into a Senior position.

Our client has been established for over 80 years and has built a reputation by developing a diverse and talented team of over 100 architectural professionals across four offices. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will join a close-knit Newcastle team, collaborating with around 40 other employees on a range of projects in the Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, with project values ranging from circa £10m to £60m.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours. They emphasize work-life balance and offer incentives to encourage efficiency and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Use Revit on a daily basis and work across projects ranging from £10m to £60m.
• Work across all RIBA stages, with a focus on the technical stages.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control.
• Carry out site visits.
• Opportunity to lead a project.

Requirements

• Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a wider technical team.
• Excellent knowledge of Revit.
• Minimum 4+ years industry experience.
• Live within a commutable distance of Newcastle.
