Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Lambeth, A 6-month contract for an experienced Revit experienced technologist or Technical Architect to deliver a multi-unit residential scheme at Stage 4, a strong focus on faade packages and technical delivery.

This well-established architectural practice is recognised for delivering complex residential-led projects across London, with a strong technical and delivery-led culture. The studio works collaboratively across architecture, technology and delivery, producing robust, buildable solutions with a particular strength in faade design and coordination. This commission is a multi-unit residential project moving through Stage 4 and into delivery, requiring an experienced technical professional to support the team on a contract basis.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Stage 4 technical packages for a multi-unit residential project
• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
• Coordinate and develop faade packages, ensuring buildability and compliance
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors
• Resolve technical and construction-related queries through delivery
• Support project delivery in line with programme and quality standards
