Qualifications

• Minimum HNC / BTEC / CIAT qualified.
• Experience in an Architectural Technician role, ideally for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
• BIM Level 2 experience and fluent use of Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and manage projects through construction stages.
• Support the UK Architecture team and guide junior colleagues.
• Provide technical support for ongoing projects.
