Senior Architect – Bristol

£50,000 – £58,000 (depending on experience)

Revit | Complex Projects | Security Clearance Eligible

A leading multidisciplinary practice in Bristol is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect with a background in complex project delivery and a solid grasp of Revit to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As a Senior Architect, you will be working across a range of high-profile and technically demanding schemes. You’ll be involved from early design stages through to delivery, supporting junior staff, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are run efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all RIBA stages


• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on complex schemes


• Produce and review technical drawings and documentation using Revit


• Support junior team members and contribute to staff development


• Attend site visits, client meetings, and design team workshops


• Ensure compliance with project briefs, budgets, and timelines


• Work on projects that require or may require security clearance (Baseline or higher)

Requirements

• ARB registered Architect with demonstrable post-qualification experience


• Strong background working on complex and large-scale projects (e.g. transport, defence, scientific, healthcare or secure environments)


• Excellent proficiency in Revit


• Experience working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting


• Eligible for UK security clearance (e.g. based in the UK for the past 5 years)


• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
