TheSeniorAppMarketingExecplays akeyrole withinImmediate’sCustomer Marketing & Subscriptions team, driving growth and performance across our app portfolio, with a focus on our Food and Entertainment brands. A strategic and commercially minded marketer,you’llbringexpertisein app ecosystems, acquisition, and subscription models tohelpaccelerate the next stage of our app growth journey.

You’lldeliverImmediate'sApp Store optimisation strategyand deliver continuous improvement across acquisition, conversion, and monetisation. Working closely with Product, Tech, Brand, and Data teams,you'lldevelop and deliver campaigns and initiatives that enhanceappvisibility, optimise spend and deliver measurable growth.

This cross-functional role sits at the centre ofImmediatedigital transformation-blending creativity, analytics, and commercial focus to ensure our apps play a vital role in achieving our ambitious subscription goals.

As a Senior App Marketing Executive, you will;
  • Manageandgrow app store marketingstrategyacrossmultiple iOS and Android apps acrossImmediatebrands.
  • Support the Acquisition team in planning and deliveringapp marketing campaignstodrive digital subscriptiongrowth.
  • Brief and collaborate with our design team to create multi-channel campaign assets,maintainingbrand consistency and tone of voice.
  • ManageApp Store Optimisation (ASO)acrosskeyword strategy, metadata testing,in-appeventstrategy, featurenominationand creative optimisation (icons, screenshots, video assets).
  • Design and run structured experimentation programmes across ASO, paid acquisition, and in-app journeys, using insighttocontinually improve visibility and conversion in app stores.
  • UseAppsFlyer(MMP) and in-app analytics tools to track, attribute, and optimise performance across acquisition and lifecycle journeys.
  • Help shape clear, actionable dashboards and reports that turn data into decisions andidentifyopportunities for incremental growth.
  • Grow subscriber LTV and further optimiseApple AppStore/GooglePlayStoreCACsleveraging ASO and app store ads.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Brand, and CRM teams to align growth initiatives with our broader digital subscription strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships with Apple,AppsFlyerand other 3rd partiesto stay close to platform developments and new opportunities
  • Act asImmediate’sin-house app marketing expert – sharing knowledge, best practice, and insight across teams
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaigns and app marketing,withina consumer subscription or digital media business.
  • Deep understanding of ASO, mobile performance marketing, and in-app monetisation.
  • ExpertiseinAppsFlyer(or another MMP) with a strong grasp of tracking, attribution, and deep linking.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Experiencewithpaid acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta.
  • Experienceoperatingin a post-IDFA environment, with practical knowledge of SKAN and privacy-first measurement.
  • You’llbring ideas to life, ensuring every campaign is delivered on timeandto a high standard-comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning fast.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasksand stakeholderssimultaneously.
