Senior Android Engineer (Kotlin) – Build Tech That Really Matters
Bristol - (2-3 days per week on site) | £55,000 – £75,000
We are supporting one of our long-term clients in Bristol who are growing engineering scale-up who are doing some seriously cool work within defence, government, and emergency services. Their tech supports soldiers, firefighters, and first responders, helping them make critical, life-saving decisions in high-pressure environments.
They’re a smaller, agile team who have been consistently winning huge projects ahead of some of the larger contracting consultancies by being smarter, faster, and obsessed with building solutions that actually work in the real world.
This isn’t your typical Android job.
We’re looking for an experienced Android/Kotlin Engineer with a passion for building hardware-connected Android systems – not just your standard banking or retail apps.
If you have worked on/with any of the following we would love to hear from you:
You’ll bring deep technical expertise to the team, mentor other engineers, and help drive best practices while getting stuck into solving complex technical challenges.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in defence or another highly regulated space – but it’s not essential.
This is it. Apply Now If this sounds like your kind of challenge.
