Position Statement

The Senior Analyst, Process-To-Pay (PTP) Tower plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Hilton’s global Procure-to-Pay operations. You will provide control oversight, lead financial reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This includes managing complex supplier statement reconciliations, overseeing balance sheet accounts, and ensuring Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance. Manage high volume payments across multiple markets and banking platforms, ensuring timely processing and alignment with policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide control oversight and drive continuous improvement across PTP processes.
  • Manage high volumes of payments via multiple banking platforms.
  • Own sub‑process performance and ensure accurate accounting and Input Tax compliance.
  • Lead reconciliation of complex supplier statements and oversee top supplier reconciliations.
  • Maintain and control Corporate and Hotel PTP‑related balance sheet accounts.
  • Ensure 100% operational effectiveness of SOX controls and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services, Hilton Supply Management, Corporate, and Hotel teams.
  • Use data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau) to identify trends and drive performance.
  • Support and coach team members across our offshore HYD Shared Service Centre.
  • Drive standardisation and replication of best practices across regions using Lean or Agile methodologies.
What are we looking for?
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Significant experience in Procure‑to‑Pay, Accounts Payable, or high‑volume finance operations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in ERP and finance systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft, Navision, Concur, Blackline.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project delivery using Lean or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, Navision, Concur, Blackline, Kofax, ServiceNow.
  • Power BI, Tableau.
  • Exposure to Lean Sigma, Prince 2, or Agile methodology (or willingness to attain).
  • Proven track record in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in Shared Services or outsourcing environments.
  • Degree or college finance related certification.
