This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in enhancing client service delivery, driving operational efficiency, and supporting legal teams on high-value matters.

This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for optimising legal service delivery. You will be instrumental in coordinating resources, tracking timelines, and ensuring matters are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support matter planning, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyse and interpret matter data; prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgets and cost optimisation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth matter progress.
  • Monitor risks and support mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare updates, performance metrics, and post-matter analyses.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, BD, and Technology.
  • Support training initiatives and maintain templates and best practices.
