Qualifications

• Extensive experience including 2 years as a specialist OT/PT in a relevant field.
• Experience managing staff and change.
• Knowledge of national/local healthcare strategies and Clinical Governance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical standards are maintained in the therapy services.
• Work autonomously to assess a complex caseload.
• Support staff in clinical decision-making.
