Job summary

Ema Unlimited is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI) to own the health, reliability, and trust of Ema's deployed agentic AI systems in production. You will diagnose failures, perform RCA, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and drive improvements.

This Full-time/Remote role offers exposure to AI systems, multi-tool integrations, and real-world impact on enterprise productivity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Experience supporting AI/automation platforms in production environments.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure across large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in multi-agent AI workflows and AI behavior (false positives/negatives).
• Lead RCA, platform configuration, and cross-team collaboration with Eng/Prod.
• Escalate to right teams, keep customers informed with calm, factual updates.
• Help Product understand production behavior and influence roadmap quality.
• Improve on-call hygiene and escalation clarity to prevent incidents.
