Job summary

Ema Unlimited is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform and is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI).

You will own the health, reliability, and trustworthiness of deployed AI systems in production, lead escalations and RCA, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and improve on-call hygiene. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior technical support or related fields.
• Experience with AI/automation platforms and production environments.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Own health, reliability and trustworthiness of deployed AI systems in production.
• Lead incident escalations, RCA, and post-incident analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Product and Implementation to improve systems and prevent repeats.
• Communicate clearly with customers and maintain confidence during incidents.
