Job summary

Ema Unlimited is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We seek a Senior Technical Support Specialist to own the health, reliability, and trustworthiness of deployed AI systems in production.

You will diagnose multi-agent AI failures, perform RCA, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and inform the product roadmap. This role offers real authority during incidents and opportunities to grow into Reliability

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Experience in AI / automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing failures in multi-agent AI.
• Workflows AI behavior (false positives/negatives).
• Data quality checks and platform configuration.
• Help Engineering & Product teams.
• Prevent repeated incidents through disciplined RCA.
• Convert noisy customer complaints into high-signal engineering feedback.
• Explain AI failures in an understandable way to customers.
• Ensure support insights influence roadmap and quality improvements.
