Ema Unlimited is hiring a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI) to own the health and reliability of production AI systems. You will diagnose complex multi-agent issues, coordinate with Engineering and Product, and communicate clearly with customers during incidents.

The role is full-time and remote, with opportunities to grow into Reliability Engineering or Product-facing leadership as you gain experience with agentic AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Experience in AI / automation platforms for support or reliability.
• Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in multi-agent AI workflows and incidents.
• Own health, reliability and trust of deployed agentic AI systems in production.
• Escalate to the right teams and communicate findings clearly to customers.
