You will manage warranty reviews and settlements, analyze trends, and coordinate with HQ teams on investigations and product improvements, while supporting dealer training and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field; 5+ years in automotive after-sales, technical support, warranty, or service operations.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Familiarity with warranty claims management and technical case handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work across teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/DMS systems; able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to dealerships and service centers, including vehicle diagnostics and repair guidance.
• Manage warranty claim review, submission, settlement, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with HQ warranty and quality teams on investigations and improvements.
• Support dealer training, service standards, and operational improvements.
• Prepare reports on warranty performance, technical cases, and service operations.
