BYD Europe in the UK is hiring an After-Sales Technical Support Manager to lead regional after-sales support, resolve product quality issues, and manage dealer technical performance. The role focuses on coordinating large-scale issues, OTA updates, recalls, and warranty policy execution.

You will build a capable technical team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver targeted training to close competency gaps across the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automotive after-sales technical support or service operations.
• Background in automotive engineering or vehicle technology; NEV knowledge preferred.
• Strong fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional projects and dealer technical management.
• Proven ability to plan training and lead teams.

• Implement and optimize warranty policies across the regional network.
