Expleo UK LTD, at the Head Office in Hertfordshire, is seeking a Warranty Analyst on a contract basis with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) to process warranty claims submitted by the dealer network.

You will deploy warranty policy, interpret European warranty procedures, and work with Technical Parts and Customer Service to ensure high-quality dealer queries and smooth claim submission.

Qualifikationen

• Warranty experience at manufacturer level within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Aufgaben

• Deployment of warranty and technical goodwill policy to dealers in the market
• Ensure accurate and consistent interpretation of European Warranty Policies & Procedures Manual
• Maintain the relationship with the Technical Parts teams as well as customer service
• Manage dealers to submit high quality queries for specific concern types
• Manage vehicle rework with allocated dealers
• Submit final warranty claim

We are looking for a Warranty Analyst to process warranty claims submitted by dealer network.

The role of Warranty Analyst is offered on a contract basis, based at the Head Office of a Global Automotive OEM in Hertfordshire, and offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 work from home

Main tasks of the Warranty Analyst:

• Deployment of warranty and technical goodwill policy to dealers in the market
• Ensure accurate and consistent interpretation of European Warranty Policies & Procedures Manual
• Maintain the relationship with the Technical Parts teams as well as customer service
• Manage dealers to submit high quality queries for specific concern types
• Manage vehicle rework with allocated dealers
• Submit final warranty claim

Essential Skills / Requirements for the Warranty Analyst role:
