Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing warranty operations, including data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to influence and engage across levels to maximise Aftersales impact.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills under pressure.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Review and publish warranty policy and related docs to the UK Dealer network.
• Manage UK Dealer Network warranty claims through the OMODA warranty approval system.
• Perform warranty audits (virtual and on-site) when required.
• Validate and apply technical bulletins and campaigns in the UK market.
• Ensure compliance with British consumer and privacy laws.
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure warranty processes meet UK motor industry standards.
• Write and deliver warranty training courses to the Dealer network if required.
• Coordinate with Technical Support to promote one-voice value within the Aftersales team.
• Manage goodwill applications through the Dealer network and review requests with management.
• Monitor and report KPI’s to warranty function (claims, trends, supplier recovery).
• Develop the OMODA warranty approval system with Aftersales for key functionality and reporting.
• Other relevant tasks of the Aftersales Department.
