Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator, Real Asset Corporate, to provide a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a diverse portfolio of clients. This pivotal role not only involves delivering exceptional client service but also includes supervising and developing junior team members, ensuring a high standard of performance and professionalism. This is a full-time position based in our client's Jersey office, where there is potential for Agile Working arrangements tailored to business needs and individual preferences.

Job Duties
  • Administering a varied portfolio of clients
  • Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Taking responsibility for client-appropriate regulatory documentation, including NRL returns and HMRC filings where applicable
  • Supervising, coaching, and delegating tasks to junior members of staff
  • Reviewing payment instructions
  • Maintaining and updating client documentation accurately
  • Taking responsibility for personal development in alignment with agreed annual performance objectives
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing board packs
  • Drafting minutes
  • Assisting with the review of accounts and financial statements
  • Requesting Client Due Diligence (CDD)
Job Requirements
  • Studying for or a willingness to study for ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma, Diploma in Fund Administration, or any other relevant qualification
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant industry administration experience, with at least 3 years of experience managing a portfolio
  • Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
