As part of the admin duties, part of the role will be supporting Open University and Distance Learning learners with the following:

HMP Wealstun is located near Wetherby in West Yorkshire. Managed by His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service. The prison operates as a Category C facility, accommodating individuals who have been convicted of various offenses requiring secure custody and rehabilitation. The prisons aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisons feel safe and secure at all times. The Prisons aim is to provide a secure and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.
