Overview

Do you want to make a difference? Newcastle College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Central Support Service team. In this role, you will provide robust administrative and financial support, ensuring the smooth operation of key service functions that directly impact the learner journey. As Senior Administrator, you will lead on essential areas such as data collation, reporting, and financial administration, helping the service meet its Key Performance Indicators. You'll produce accurate reports, monitor income and expenditure, and deliver training to colleagues on systems and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service, acting as a professional and responsive point of contact for learners and colleagues, and contributing to the development of service procedures and processes.

Responsibilities
