Responsibilities of a Senior Accountant

Responsibilities of a Senior Accountant include but are not limited to :

  • As a Senior Accountant you will be expected to manage your own portfolio of clients as well as reviewing. You will be responsible for managing and completing accounts and tax through to completion and review the work of junior members of staff.
  • VAT returns
  • Tax returns
  • Management accounts
  • Supporting clients on accounting process offering tailored advice
What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Accountant
  • Fully ACCA / ACA Qualified
  • At least 10 years’ experience within a UK Accountancy Practice.
  • Ability to complete all accounts and tax work from start to finish.
  • Experience reviewing the work of others and confident in your ability to do so.
