Job summary

The Holt in Holt End, Worcestershire seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive growth within existing accounts and identify new opportunities. You will be the primary contact for customers, promoting manufacturing capabilities and coordinating with internal teams.

The role includes customer visits across the UK, possible international travel, and leading the Accounts team to deliver exceptional service and revenue growth. Salary £35,000–£37,000 with a 4-day week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Lead contact for inquiries, quotations, orders, and communications.
• Promote products and manufacturing capabilities through engagement and marketing.
• Support customer visits, presentations and on-site demonstrations.
• Work with Production, Quality and Technical teams to meet requirements.
• Develop customer communications plans including LinkedIn and newsletters.
• Prepare quotations, collect feedback, and maximize conversions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Train and develop accounts team members.
• Conduct customer visits across the UK and internationally.
• Support growth through proactive sales activity and relationship management.
