Job summary

West Midlands and Worcestershire Perm Hub in Redditch is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue across existing and new accounts. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage quotations, and lead the Accounts team.

You will promote our manufacturing capabilities, ensure excellent service, and collaborate with Production, Quality and Technical teams to meet customer requirements. Some travel across the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management or Business Development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial focus.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Acting as the lead contact for customer enquiries, quotations, orders and ongoing communications.
• Promoting products, services and manufacturing expertise through engagement and marketing.
• Supporting customer visits, presentations and on-site demonstrations.
• Collaborating with Production, Quality and Technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Managing customer communications plans, including content and newsletters.
• Progressing quotations and maximizing conversion opportunities.
• Monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Managing, training and developing members of the Accounts team.
• Conducting customer visits throughout the UK and potentially internationally.
• Supporting business growth through proactive sales activity and relationship management.
