Senior Account Manager – Global Market research Agency
Fully Remote (UK based)
£40-50,000 + good bonus/ commission + benefits
Pivotal role in the growing UK team of a global market research agency. With mix of full-service custom research and panel offerings this successful research agency is fast -paced and entrepreneurial.
A key role in ensuring the growth, success and retention of high-profile clients, you will collaborate across departments to ensure clients achieve their goes and get maximum value form their custom market research service. Key will be the design and execution of strategies to maximise client satisfaction, improve revenue and retention and foster ever stronger relationships with key accounts.
You will execute comprehensive account management strategy alongside developing a deep understanding of client needs to identify retention and growth opportunities.
