A leading telecommunications company based in Newbury is seeking a professional to manage customer relations within the VCPS carrier sales team. This role involves meeting sales targets through effective sales of Connectivity solutions across multiple regions, including Europe, Africa, and the US. The purpose of the role is to manage customers within the VCPS carrier sales team, responsible for sales targets through the sale of the Connectivity solutions (IP/MPLS/Ethernet/Subsea/co‑lo/caching etc.). This will include managed services to both current customers and new customers. The role will involve the management and follow up of quotes and orders for this segment of customers.
You will be responsible for driving profitable margin growth and streamlining business management within the customer set based in Europe, Africa and the US.
With a global remit, you will drive Carrier solutions to this customer segment, focusing on delivering incremental margin, identifying major new sales opportunities, and protection/renewal of existing business. You will be curious about the ever‑changing market in which we operate, continuously:
