At Loopio, our Sales team directly impacts our customers and prospects through our award-winning RFP response software that fuels their growth. We are expanding our team with a Senior Account Executive for our Mid-Market segment (companies with up to 2,500 employees). This is a pivotal revenue-generating role with a significant impact on Loopio's growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, SaaS experience, and a self-starter attitude. You are a B2B SaaS Sales professional excited to sell to Sales, Security, and Proposal Management teams. You are curious, attentive, and skilled at listening to understand prospects' needs, helping them discover solutions to challenges they may not yet recognize.

You will influence the growth of our sales organization and play a key role in Loopio's success!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sales opportunities within a defined market segment to generate new revenue
  • Partner with Sales Development to prospect target accounts and self-source opportunities quarterly
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple buyers
  • Deliver a world-class sales experience, including product demos and guiding prospects through the buying process
  • Negotiate sales proposals and collaborate with leadership to close large deals
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and prepare them for success with our Customer Experience team
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and provide accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate with Product team to evolve the Loopio Platform based on market and customer feedback

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with proven success
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at enterprise level
  • Proven ability to self-source opportunities at large organizations
  • Ability to build relationships with senior and C-level executives
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web conferencing tools
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and proactive skills
  • Excellent presentation skills for calls and demos
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced startup culture and motivation to contribute
  • Interest in trying new approaches and contributing to marketing initiatives
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent

  • Remote-first environment, with HQ in Canada and hubs worldwide

  • Majority based within 300km of Toronto or Vancouver, working remotely
