This company offers a Sales Executive role to develop and acquire clients in Switzerland, France and Belgium. You will be the lead for these three key countries. Your responsibilities will include identifying new opportunities, building long-lasting relationships with local financial institutions, and supporting their transition toward innovative digital solutions.
Acquisition & Growth (“Elite Seller” level) — Identify and sign new Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients in the EMEA. Build go-to-market strategies to win high-value, multi-year SaaS deals. Develop existing accounts to maximize ARR.
Strategic C-Level Relationships — Become the preferred partner of C-level decision-makers. Influence their digital roadmaps and contribute to major transformations in the banking sector.
Complex Solution Sales — Lead sophisticated sales cycles, coordinate internal resources (Product, Consulting, Customer Success, …). Position the AI platform as a key lever for retention, engagement and performance.
Market Intelligence — Master EMEA banking trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory issues. Provide high-level market insights to Product & Marketing teams.
Commercial Excellence & Forecasting — Manage the sales pipeline strictly (MEDDIC or equivalent). Ensure reliable forecasts and timely deal closures.
Thought Leadership & Influence — Represent the brand at events, panels, conferences. Promote the company’s vision and inspire future partners.
Profile
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS / fintech / digital banking.
Proven track record closing multi-million deals.
Strong C-level network.
Excellent understanding of digital banking and AI-driven customer-centric platforms.
Deep knowledge of the financial / banking landscape in either EMEA, South Africa.
Mastery of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger or equivalent).
Outstanding discipline in pipeline management, ROI, business cases and complex negotiations.
