Qualifications

• 3-7 years in IT support roles, ideally covering both 2nd and 3rd line responsibilities.
• Experience with troubleshooting across various end user devices.
• Proficiency in administrating Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to end users.
• Lead migration projects from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Administer Entra/Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets.
