The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering outstanding SEND practices at St Margaret’s and ensures they are aligned with the school’s vision, values and strategic priorities.

The SENDCo is expected to have good current knowledge of the requirements of the SEND Code of Practice (2014) and be prepared to maintain the existing excellent academic standards within the school.
