Job summary

SENse Learning seeks enthusiastic SEND Tutors to deliver one-to-one tutoring across KS1–KS5 with a trauma-informed approach. Roles include Specialist Teacher, Intervention Tutor and SEND Teacher, with rolling interviews as applications arrive.

You can choose in-person, hybrid, or remote teaching and join a supportive team in a mission to ensure no student is left behind. Ideal candidates have 2+ years post-NQT experience with SEND and hold QTS/QTLS, along with an Enhanced DBS and two references.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tutoring.
• Plan lessons and report progress to carers and schools.
• Tailor tutoring to EHCP and risk assessments.
