Job summary

SENse Learning seeks a SEND Teacher to deliver one-to-one support to children and young people with diverse needs across KS1–KS5. You will work in homes, communities, and online, adapting methods to each learner's trauma-informed plan.

Applicants should have QTS/QTLS, 2+ years of SEND experience, and a passion for bespoke, student-centred education. Roles offer flexible, hybrid working with safeguarding and references provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' post-NQT teaching experience with SEND/SEMH in holistic settings.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is required.
• Experience with EHCP planning and safeguarding principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with SEND learners and support progress.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring tailored to individual needs.
• Plan lessons, monitor progress, and report on student outcomes.
