SENse Learning is recruiting SEND teachers to deliver one-to-one support for children and young people with SEND across the UK. Roles include SEND Tutor, Intervention Tutor, and Specialist Teacher, with flexible schedules and multiple work modes to suit families and schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Experience delivering one-to-one and small-group support in diverse settings.
• Strong understanding of child-centred, holistic pedagogy and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring tailored to individual EHCP plans.
• Plan, deliver and assess flexible lessons, reporting progress and adapting approaches as needed.
