SEND Teaching Assistant – EYFS (Stratford‑upon‑Avon)
Location: Stratford‑upon‑Avon
Contract Type: Full‑time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on EYFS support through play‑based and sensory activities.
  • Implement early communication strategies including visuals and modelling.
  • Support children with social interaction, self‑regulation and routine building.
  • Assist with observations, progress tracking and EHCP‑linked activities.
  • Work closely with teachers, SALT and support teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in EYFS, nursery or early SEND settings.
  • Knowledge of early communication tools (Makaton, PECS beneficial).
  • Nurturing, patient and child‑centred approach.
  • Comfortable supporting personal care and sensory needs.
