Job summary

Hello Education is recruiting caring and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools across the UK, supporting children and young people aged 2-19. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, encourage independence, and help pupils with autism, SEMH and additional learning needs, while working closely with teachers and other professionals.

We offer a £100 sign-on bonus after 10 days, refer-a-friend scheme, flexible hours to suit your availability and a welcoming,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or care setting.
• Positive, patient and caring approach.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
