Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs across schools from September. Successful candidates will show empathy, patience and a proactive attitude, helping pupils develop confidence and independence.

No prior school experience is required; candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome to apply and training and ongoing support are provided.

SEND Teaching Assistants Wanted

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
• Supporting learning and engagement both inside and outside the classroom

• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
• Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff

No Previous School Experience? No Problem.

You do not need prior experience working in a school to become a SEND Teaching Assistant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
