Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs from September. No prior school experience is required and candidates with empathy, patience and strong communication are encouraged to apply. You will work across schools, assisting pupils inside and outside the classroom while building confidence and independence.

A proactive, compassionate approach is valued. Roles are flexible, with full-time opportunities and ongoing development through CPD.

SEND Teaching Assistants Wanted

Not every child learns in the same way. Some children need extra encouragement, patience, understanding and support to help them thrive. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, develop independence and achieve their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs

No Previous School Experience? No Problem.

You do not need prior experience working in a school to become a SEND Teaching Assistant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
