Protocol Education Ltd is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs in schools from September. The role focuses on one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils build confidence and independence.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, patient and proactive, with strong communication and a genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives. Training and ongoing support are provided.

SEND Teaching Assistants Wanted

No Previous School Experience? No Problem.

You do not need prior experience working in a school to become a SEND Teaching Assistant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
