SEND teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a SEN Teacher.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and teach lessons, working with small groups and individual students.
  • Prepare teaching materials, take registers and write reports.
  • Help students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn.
  • Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children’s progress.
Qualifications and experience
  • A committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
  • At least two years experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit / provision.
  • QTS / QTLS is advantageous.
