Flourish Education are recruiting for a QTS-qualified SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEND school in Solihull, starting in September 2026 and continuing until Easter 2027.
The successful teacher will plan and deliver an adapted curriculum while working closely with specialist support staff to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs in a nurturing setting.

The setting supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and complex learning needs. The successful teacher will plan and deliver an adapted curriculum while working closely with specialist support staff.
Plan and deliver lessons within a specialist SEND setting
Teach pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs
Adapt resources and teaching strategies
Assess and monitor pupil progress
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Contribute to EHCP outcomes
Work closely with specialist Teaching Assistants
Maintain a structured and supportive classroom
Promote independence and social development
QTS is essential
Previous teaching experience
SEN or specialist-school experience is desirable
Knowledge of ASD, ADHD and SEMH
Experience supporting challenging behaviour
Strong adaptive teaching skills
Confident classroom management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068 to £46,937 based on working five days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1–M6)

This SEN Teacher role is based in Solihull and is easily commutable from Shirley, Knowle, Dorridge, Olton, Hall Green, Sheldon, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
