Job summary

Flourish Education are working with a specialist school in Bewdley seeking a QTS-qualified SEN Teacher from September 2026 until June 2027.

You will join a dedicated specialist team delivering structured, individualised teaching for pupils with SEMH, autism and complex needs, adapting lessons and monitoring progress throughout the day.

Flourish Education are working with a specialist school in Bewdley who are looking for a QTS-qualified SEN Teacher from September 2026 until June 2027.

The school provides specialist education for pupils with complex and additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and behavioural needs. You will join a dedicated specialist team and provide structured, individualised teaching throughout the school day.

Job Role:

• Plan and deliver lessons within a specialist setting

Required Skills and Experience:

• QTS is essential

• Previous teaching experience

• SEN or specialist education experience

• Understanding of SEMH, ASD and ADHD

• Experience supporting challenging behaviour

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching

• Patient and consistent approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Benefits of Working as an SEN Teacher with Flourish Education:

• Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068 to £46,937 based on working five days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1–M6)

This SEN Teacher role is based in Bewdley and is easily commutable from Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcester, Bridgnorth, Bromsgrove, Hagley and surrounding areas.
