Job summary

Flourish Education are working with a specialist SEND school in Kidderminster, seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join from October 2026 until June 2027. The role requires QTS and SEN experience, with a focus on supporting pupils with SEMH, ASD and complex needs.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver lessons, adapt resources, assess progress and contribute to EHCP plans, while working with a wider specialist team to support academic, social and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEMH, Autism and ADHD.

Job description

Flourish Education are working with a specialist SEND school in Kidderminster who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team from October 2026 until June 2027.

The setting provides specialist education for pupils with additional and complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties and behavioural needs. The successful teacher will deliver structured lessons and work as part of a wider specialist team to support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

This role would suit a QTS-qualified teacher with previous SEN experience who is confident working with pupils who require additional support with behaviour and emotional regulation.

Job Role:

Benefits of Working as an SEN Teacher with Flourish Education:

• Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068 to £46,937 based on working five days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1–M6)

This SEN Teacher position is based in a specialist SEND school in Kidderminster and is easily commutable from Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley, Hartlebury, Hagley, Bromsgrove, Worcester and surrounding areas.
