Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a QTS-qualified SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEND school in Evesham. The role runs from September 2026 to Easter 2027, teaching pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs.

You will adapt the curriculum, assess progress and support emotional regulation in a structured classroom environment. Ideal candidates will have QTS, strong behaviour management, and good communication skills, with experience in SEN settings.

Job description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a QTS-qualified SEN Teacher to work within a specialist SEND school in Evesham, starting in September 2026 and continuing until Easter 2027.

The school caters for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and complex learning needs. You will work alongside specialist staff to deliver an adapted curriculum and provide pupils with the structure and support needed to make progress.

• Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068 to £46,937 based on working five days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1–M6)

This SEN Teacher role is based in a specialist SEND school in Evesham and is easily commutable from Pershore, Broadway, Honeybourne, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Malvern, Tewkesbury and surrounding areas.
